The manager Sean, responded to an inquiry I had sent him via email concerning some hard to find parts I needed for an older vehicle I was working on, prior to my being able to proceed. He put me in contact with Curtis in sales. After explaining exactly what I was looking for, Curtis tracked down every part I inquired about in no time flat. We crunched some numbers, and with what seemed like a couple of keystrokes, my parts were on their way. A few days later, I was able to arrange to pick up my items from their warehouse in Pennsburg. It was right off the PA Turnpike, which was very convenient for me. Upon arrival, I appreciated being able to inspect my parts first-hand and up-close prior to payment. All were as good as advertised. I began to load up my truck, but when Ray and Craig from the shipping department realized that I was in need of some assistance getting a few of the larger items into my vehicle, they were more than happy to assist me in loading up my truck with their forklift. And I was more than happy to buy them some lunch for their trouble, as I never could've done it by myself. After they quickly insured my precious cargo was secure and well protected, I thanked them again and was headed back home. This is simply a great business model. Fenix puts a major focus on communication and customer support, while still being able to provide quality products through their expansive and ever growing inventory. And they do it all in a streamlined and timely manner. They make the whole process seamless, from start to finish. Take notes, because this is how it's supposed to be done folks. Read moreI would put ZERO. Customer service so bad, I ordered fender for Honda Odyssey with silver color. I paid for it. Next day it was ready for pick up. My brother came to pick up the fender, but nobody want to release him because he don’t have my ID and credit card. Because they have policy if Part was ordered under my name, then nobody can pick up this part, beside me. Nobody told me about the policy and their rules. He came two hours away to pick up this part and he come back 2 hours without the fender. The next day in the morning I came my self to pick up the fender. But they bring me with dark blue color fender. “ we apologize. We think we sent a wrong part number for your order. Come back in three days.” I came 2 hours away to pick up nothing. I’m calling to my sales person who sold me this fender, but nobody answered. Service is awful! I waste eight hours for nothing! I don’t recommend this junkyard! I over paid for the fender to have in same color and they did again mistake. I still waiting...
Read moreComplete waste of time dealing with Fenix Parts, I would avoid at all costs. Found the fender I needed online in great condition and correct color. Called them to pick it up in their Pennsburg location, they said it was actually in MA but they will pull it and ship to Pennsburg. I drove 2 hours to Pennsburg only to be giving a completely different color fender in bad condition, paint missing and deep scratches from what looks like shipping. They asked me if I could make it work... and said someone must have switched the fender in MA. I asked for a refund, hopefully they can at least do that correctly.
Update 2/21/23, I called and asked where my refund was, and they said the dispatcher must have forgot to start it. I've never dealt with a company...
