I recently purchased a Skag V Ride II. Let’s just say I drove close to an hour to this location and I would have drove 3 times that distance. I have never had a smoother transaction. Not only is the machine amazing and can’t say enough good things about it…. But more importantly Rebekah did an excellent job from start to finish. She worked with me on getting the best deal and the unit I ordered came in one week. The communication was also perfect and she responded to questions immediately. There was never any pressuring sales from anyone. I passed up two closer dealers in my area to come to Sandy Lake. Also, D.J. Also did a phenomenal job. He was also super friendly and personable and showed me everything on the machine. He makes customers feel welcome and enjoyable to talk to. I always try to fix my own equipment but should an issue arise you will never regret buying from this dealership and truely feel they will take care of you after the sale if something happens under warranty. Everyone at this dealership seems very down to earth and caring for their customers. I will definitely be back when more equipment is purchased. An overall 100% positive and enjoyable experience. This year we decided to purchase a UTV for home and recreational use. We did our research and knew exactly what we wanted, and the price point in which we were willing to be. We found American LandMaster online and looked into the closest dealer and found that to be Sandy Lake Implement. Our ALM 4x4 It does everything we ask it to do and more. The plow is well built, smooth, and clears our driveway with ease. Living in the Erie County, PA snow-belt, this was a must and the main reason for purchasing the unit. We love our American LandMaster and truly could not be happier. Thank you to our awesome salesman DJ! He went out of his way to make sure our UTV was perfect. The worst experience after the sale, when you buy a 10,000.00 machine and less then 110 hours on and the owner does nothing to help you , they DON'T back there warranty and she treats you like your the problem, I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to buy from this store! Won't give you a loner, and repeatedly try to blem the customer for the problem. A lawyer may say otherwise, and cant wait to get our response from corporate, 23 days now my brand new mower sits in the yard. Hope they shut your store down see how you like not getting paid...
