I got ahold of 12volt through a friend and I will say. I needed a part that wasn’t readily available. Mitchell came thru and got the part I needed with minimal turn around. Only to find out that it was the wrong part (from distro) I called him up and explained what happened and he immediately got on the phone and got me the right part and was swapped out the next day. This guy will make sure that you are taken care of and if something happens to go wrong (even not his fault) he will go the extra mile to make sure it’s made right for you. 10/10 would reccomend. Communication skills were horrible! It took 8 weeks from our first time speaking to get my bike in to have a stereo installed. I called numerous times to ask if the kit had come in, he said he never called to update me because he lost my number TWICE! The stereo that was installed was not what we talked about and was higher in price. The guy who did the install did a great job. However the owner was always unavailable to speak to. Shopped around and settled with 12 V to install my sub and amp in my Honda Odyssey. They were very flexible with all aspects from material procurement to the installation and testing.
