We've used them for processing deer twice. In Dec. 2015 I paid them $80 (including an additional $10 to make 10# of sausage). There was a list of how to cut it up into tenderloin, backstrap, cubed, ground, etc. When I picked up my order and unwrapped it, I only received packages of cubed, ground and sausage. We talked on the phone and was told they "made a mistake" and ground up all the high end cuts. All in all, about 45# of deer. They said they'd "make it good" next time.
In January 2017, the cost was $110 (including 20# of sausage) for a smaller deer. I paid extra for 20# of sausage - I only got 16 pounds. I did receive packaged tenderloin, etc. But, there was no "make it good" - $110 is a ridiculous price for 39 pounds of deer. I will not use this company...
   Read moreHands down, this has to be the cleanest meat market I've ever seen. The selection of meats is very large, and several staff members are on hand to customize any needs that you might have. Some frozen vegetables and seafood on hand as well.

They offer a wide variety of both pork and beef products. The place is an old block building but I've been there while they were cleaning and they keep it spotlessly clean.
