Samantha took my order for a new tank and service, as luck would have it the date I chose for delivery ended up being off by a day, so I called Samantha back and she was able to deconflict my scheduling error and have it delivered a day earlier, Kurt showed up exactly at the time he said he would, unloaded the tank, and then had to man handle it into position. Kurt then came back about an hour or so later filled the tank performed leak checks by the time he was finished the generator was ready to be tested, everything fell into place perfectly, Kurt and Samantha both embody customer service, it's no wonder my neighbors all recommended Pickwick Propane for my install!!! My tank ran out of fuel during a cold snap this year...I tried calling several propane companies in West and Middle TN to find a supplier that could deliver quickly. After several frustrating calls with either no response or a negative experience I tried the Milledgeville office of Pickwick Propane. Samantha was truly a breath of fresh air! Extremely helpful and she even called to follow up and was helpful in getting a new account set up. Tank filled within 48 hours! After seeing the reviews here, I wish we were able to work with Samantha, however she was out of the office when we went by in person due to medical reasons. Totally understandable.

My husband ended up speaking with Alicia whom I'm assuming is from another office..... An absolute nightmare of a customer service rep, I am so confused as to how someone could be that rude to a returning customer who was just looking to negotiate rates. Doesn't everyone do that?
