Michelle is an awful person to deal with. She not only screwed up on one funeral but two. She was angry when we asked for answers. Made the elderly in our family cry. She should not be in this business. She was very very unprofessional, no empathy, and does not care. We were also not made aware that they run sprinklers during visiting hours. Every single time we have gone to visit we have to wear rain gear. She refuses to water at night. One family member went at 10am sprinklers on. My father was buried here in February 2022. It's now May 31 and still no headstone. Every time we ask they say that they're just about to do it. I've driven up twice with my 98 year old mother after calling and confirming with them that the headstone is there but when we got there, no headstone. My mother has dementia and without the headstone to read does not believe my dad is buried there. She forgets that he's gone and so without his name there she doesn't understand. Really bad care...

I have asked the cemetery on several occasions to fix my dad's headstone it seems to be sinking and they still haven't done it. Today we stop by and the grass and weeds were overgrown and we barely found his it because of all the overgrown weeds. We were unable to read the names on the headstones because of all the weeds. I think that they need to be held accountable for fixing that stuff. Hopefully if enough people complain they will do...
