I recently bought a beautiful CAT skid loader online from JB Tractor. The owner, Bas, was great to work with and coordinated delivering the machine to Denver, Colorado. After taking ownership I realized the machine had the wrong size wheels (smaller than stock) on it so the tracks and chains I use for forestry and snow removal work would not fit it. There was also a safety concern as the load ratings of the tires were too low for the machines capacity.

You can imagine how I felt when I realized the error. Most sellers would say something like "good luck you bought it as is deal with it". But Bas went above and beyond to make it right.
