Nature's of Milliken — Local services in Milliken

This was a 5 star location but became 1 star today when my family and I experienced unfortunate ignorance today. We are Puerto Rican. I am a resident of CO now. My dad still lives in Puerto Rico and when he travels to the US he's not required to have to use a US Passport because it's a US territory. He was denied at this location when presenting his valid (not expired) Puerto Rican drivers license. It's a valid form of ID for TSA, for cigarettes, for alcohol. For whatever reason, both the manager on duty and the door security person believed that a law (that I cannot find evidence of anywhere) prevented them from accepting a Puerto Rican ID because "a territory is not a state". I asked if they'd accept a Washington DC ID in that case, since it's not a state. They said they would but because it's more than a territory (a "province"). I gave up and decided to research it at home. I could see news articles of other ignorant folks wrongfully denying Puerto Rican IDs in CO which is a bummer. I could see that "a valid form of ID of 21 years+" is listed on CO's website. I could not see ANY indication anywhere that when my dad presented his valid, over 21 drivers license from Puerto Rico, he wasn't meeting the standards set forth by CO for purchasing recreational cannabis products. Found no mention of execeptjons for "territories," for "provinces." If y'all could point me to whatever that is, I'd appreciate it and happily change my review to reflect. Otherwise, I will continue to believe that he was wrongfully denied and warn any other Puerto Rican folks that they'll have to avoid...

meh. When we went in for the first time it took literally three people at the front around 5 minutes to check us in because they couldn’t handle their weed and wouldn’t stop laughing long enough to do their job. If you work at a dispensary you should definitely be able to handle your weed a little better. Then the high gentle men after FINALLY getting us checked in went on about deals that he was literally just reading off a piece of paper when we said we just wanted flower. So I don’t need to know what cart, extract, and edible deals you have when I’m there for . . . Flower. Then there “bomb” flower that after tax is around 42 dollars an 1/8th which is ALOT, was leafy seedy and had literally no smell to it. I wound up once I went somewhere else throwing the flower away in the garbage. I then asked about the veritas pre packed eights they had about 20 on the top shelf so I would have rather taken one of those then the really bad “bomb” shelf weed. They said they were just displays 😂😂😂 so the only good weed they have are just displays. They are also displaying veritas when they don’t have any of it. It was a very sad experience but hey as a last last last last resort I guess you could make it work. It was just...

Horrible service and we didn’t even get everything we ordered!! We were missing an entire 8th!!!! The girl (she never told us her name) didn’t offer any help with our selections, she didn’t tell us about the pull or drawers, she didn’t know the answer to any question about anything on the products we asked her about. She just seemed really overwhelmed and uneducated in her profession. Another customer in there said they had been there over 10 times and had never known about the pullout drawers until they saw me open them!!

This place means well… I think. But they really need to work on customer service.

The menu was also a tablet at the register, so touchy you just get lost in it. They didn’t even tell me about that either. These people literally told me about nothing… offered no information on their products or even their selection.

Pretty building but honestly the worst dispensary I have EVER been to!!!! That’s saying a lot considering I have been a medical patient for over a decade.
