No ugly bare spots like you see from other designers, so if you want something nice you will really appreciate her eye for design. Lorraine takes great care in what she does and always provides the best customer service. This morning I ordered a birthday bouquet for my ten yo granddaughter to be delivered. Our conversation was quite clear- a large puffy bouquet suitable for a young girl. What we received was a stuck together bouquet w the filler not even mixed in just stuck on the side in a bunch. More greens than flowers and order was specific about number of stems. The charge on my cc was quite a bit more than the budget we discussed. Really awful inappropriate bouquet and very expensive- way over priced. Would NEVER use this florist again or...
