Quaint little tiny house community! Situated in the most breath taking spot. You can see the mountains and sunset. Theres a river that runs through it. I noticed the start of a community garden, love the idea. Looks like they're working on phase 2 on the other side of the river. I'd love to build a summer home in this quaint little hidden gem. All the homes there seem to be mobile (on wheels), I think I'd prefer to have a more stationary one. I wonder if you only rent the spot or if you can actually build there.
