I've purchased from this dispensary three times now, and I think today's visit will be my last. Up until now, all interactions have been pleasant and staff has been helpful. But today the person at the door seemed annoyed that I interrupted whatever they were doing, and the person who helped me today was pretty condescending.

It started out fine, I was greeted as usual and then I asked for the gummies I needed to replace. Then I attempted to explain that while I enjoyed my 1mg THC gummies to help me sleep, I also wanted something slightly stronger but not too strong (for me, I'm a lightweight). The person helping me then kept repeating that they can't sell anything above 5mg anyway so nothing would be too strong..ok, that wasn't my point though, I am a lightweight and while I realize 5mg is a tiny amount for many people, what I was really asking was for something slightly stronger than the 1mg gummies. I was hoping for something 2-3mg per gummy.

The staff member, after telling me a third time that any gummies wouldn't be that strong because they only go up to 5mg, then recommended a 5mg gummy. Which I bought, because I figure I can just split them and at that point I just wanted the interaction to end.

When it was time to pay, I mistakenly thought that I remembered using Apple Pay there before and so I said "Apple Pay?" and the staff member scoffed and said curtly "No. Just cash or debit." I laughed at myself and apologized, and explained that I thought I remembered paying with Apple Pay (using a debit card through it) before and they just replied "Uhh, no."

I see some other reviews discussing rude service so I hope that Garden Wonders takes this feedback and does better. I don't expect anybody to kiss my a** or baby me but don't treat me like I'm an idiot for not knowing everything about your products or...

I have visited this dispensary 3-5 times and each visit instantly fills me with regret. It is in my experience that staff typically present as cold, distanced, and irritable. My most recent visit takes the cake for one of the most unprofessional interactions that I have ever had with someone. During my interactions with staff, my questions regarding certain strains or concentrates were answered with "I don't know." I am relatively new to concentrates and asked what the difference between crumble wax and shatter is, the budtender in a very short and annoyed tone responded "I don't know, I don't like dabs." I instantly felt anxious and embarrassed. At this point, I just wanted to get the transaction over with and asked if I could buy a torch, nectar collector, and some concentrate. She promptly said something to the effect of "we don't sell torches or nectar collectors and we are out of stock on that concentrate." I ended up choosing something completely random and leaving disheartened and embarrassed.

I have never had an encounter at a dispensary like this. I am usually able to empathize and write off rude behavior as something going on in the other person's life, but I have only had rude and cold interactions with staff here. I will not be going to this...

I got to the dispensary and my wife just stopped the car to let me out. She wasn't in a specific parking spot, she just let me out because she thought it was gonna be quick.... And it was. It was very quick. I walked in got my bus and left. The person at the desk was wonderful. The person who handed me my bud was all good.....

The problem: as I was walking in the store an employee asked, in an extremely rude way "does that look like a parking spot to you?".... With horrible attitude. I asked him if that was any way to speak to a customer... He said YES! Continuing with his insulting attitude, he proceeded to tell me to tell my wife to park in a parking spot. The entire parking lot was empty! Just by our body language interaction my wife figured it out and parked. The employee proceeded with his rudeness. I told the employee that it was unnecessary for him to speak to me in that way and that there are other ways to speak that aren't so rude. He disagreed. Complete trash attitude. I told him it's Friday... This is a dispensary.... Let's not be dicks to each other...I stick my hand out to shake his hand and squash it.... He refused to shake my hand.
