06/30/2025 Update - Initially, I was pleased with my rental at roughly $65/month. However, within a year, the price soared to $102/month. This dramatic increase makes their rates significantly less competitive compared to other storage facilities nearby. While the on-site manager was empathetic, corporate's stance on pricing seems inflexible. Potential customers should be aware that initial low rates may not last, and you could end up paying premium prices that exceed the value or local market rates, forcing a difficult decision to stay or move.
