Provided a working computer via mail-in service. Originally quoted $390 for it. The computer is a 2015 MacBook, the battery is old & there were cosmetic scratches so I expected around half of that. However, to my surprise I was given $19.50 for the (working) computer. I contacted customer support immediately to which I was told I have to speak to a manager. I spoke with a manager 25 minutes later who told me that the device was already destroyed despite the status of my order having updated 25 minutes earlier, and that this is their policy so no chance at rectifying the situation. I also had not been able to see the status of the device I sent in the week before which I also contacted the company about.

Rickey Betts had told me on the phone that they may be able to offer me letter D grading evaluation or a replacement letter D graded device, to which he followed up with via email saying no can do and hes sorry it wasn't the "outcome I wanted". Asked to speak to a manager and was given a phone number not in service. At this point, I am doubting that my device was even destroyed. Buyer beware of this company and their business practices. You are better off elsewhere, personal sales, Facebook...
