10/26/25: We did a work order because our garbage disposal stopped working. The technician arrive quickly and reached under the sink and did something. He then flipped the breaker and was gone in 5 minutes. That evening, my husband was looking for something under the sink and saw the garbage disposal leaking water everywhere. We had to take a bowl and put it under the sink. We immediately did an urgent work order on Oct. 24th. No one responded or even came out to look at it. It's two days later.
10/9/25:
We have had an issue with water running into our master closet twice. The last time happened only a few months ago in July 2025. The leasing office closed out the work order without properly addressing the issue. My husband sent the office a detailed email stating that he is certified in this type of work and explained to them what needed to be done regarding the backed up pipe. They still closed the ticket out anyway saying everything was resolved. The issue happened again for the third time, and we are having to deal with this garbage again! The pipe, still backed up, ran into our master closet AGAIN!!! Not only that, but his bags and other items are ruined. There are white spots growing on the bag and also black microbial growth on the closet wall and baseboard. We have emails from the office stating that they had fixed the issue when they never came back and followed up. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!
1/30-The gates are still glitchy. Everyone knows this. All you have to do is read the reviews that others have left. Only excuses via email were given to my husband and I regarding noise remediation concerning neighbors.
12/17-The communication and follow from management is horrible. They do not return phone calls or emails but promise they will "look into issues" then do not respond. The floors are thin, and the noise from our upstairs neighbor has gotten so bad they've received warnings and a citation from the local PD, but the management office does nothing about tenants who continuously violate the lease guidelines or disturb the peace. Don't hold your breath waiting on a callback from them!
*The gates are continually wide open, we are given no updates on when they will be fixed, and to ask us to call the office or the courtesy officer on noise issues is laughable. We have had in person office meetings as well as expressed concern when we reached out twice to the courtesy officer as well as sent an email and got no response. Whenever we bring a problem up to be addressed, we are told "we'll look into it" which is code for: no action will be taken.
Initial review: We have been dealing with noisy and inconsiderate neighbors for years, and nothing has been done. The floors and walls are thin, and our inconsiderate neighbor stomps incessantly all hours of the night while dragging things across the floor and letting her dog run through the apartment at 1:00 AM. The local police department stated to complain to the community manager. We did that. We were told that after four warnings and complaints, the tenant would be sent a notice from the property manager for a noise violation. That did not happen. In addition, with broken gates there are often people who donât live on the property that sit in cars with dark tinted windows for hours at a time just watching people. The local police department is aware because they said they are âout here all the timeâ regarding issues. If you want a place with noisy, cursing neighbors, shady characters loitering in the parking lot, and constantly malfunctioning gates that are not a concern, then you will...
Read moreI love the apartments as far as the looks and space goes, but iâve been here for 3 weeks now and iâve had numerous issues from circuit problems which caused my washing machine not to work.. to issues with my heat & A/C working improperly.. to issues with my furnace.. and the most recent is an issue with my microwave. the microwave stays on even when the door opens.. so instead of the microwave stopping when the door opens, it keeps going lol. also thereâs times when i try to use the microwave and it doesnât turn on, so maintenance is currently fixing this now. i did not want it to come to me making a negative review because iâm not that person, but i want to warn anyone else coming (especially if youâre by yourself like me) so that they are prepared. the maintenance team has been very helpful, but the leasing office has not. my move-in was not thorough as iâve explained to my leasing agent, Tina. we were supposed to meet at 2pm to do my move-in, and instead of assisting me during the time she gave me to come, she began a new tour with new hopefuls coming in (which to me was very inconsiderate), and in her absence, Maria âmoved me in.â i wasnât given a tour of the complex (i moved from Florida and therefore only saw the apartments online), i wasnât shown where my mailbox was, i wasnât even shown where my actual apartment was. Maria explained she would meet me here in 5 minutes after giving me the keys, and i literally drove around the complex looking for my unit because i wasnât given any instructions on how to get there or even a map in my move-in packet for that matter. i also wasnât given a Valet Trash bin which the maintenance man just told me today that i should have been given. iâve explained my grievances to both Tina and Maria and for me it was an âoh well.â they were both very nice and smiley and sweet before i moved in, and now that iâm here theyâve both been not only less than helpful, but extremely rude (mainly Maria). i let Tina and Maria know that when Maria conducted my move-in, she did not allow me to look at every thing on the list and instead assured me that everything was good, so she marked âgoodâ across the board and i signed the sheet (irresponsible on my part i will admit) - but with all things considered, i told the two that i had discovered some things i wanted to mark on the sheet as less than good just for MY security so that i do not end up getting charged during move-out. they said i had already signed the paper so thereâs nothing else that can be done. itâs a shame because the apartments really are beautiful, but my experience 3 weeks in has been terrible. record timing compared to every apartment iâve ever lived in. pictures below of how my unit was given to me. so all this to say if youâre new coming in, just make sure you look THOROUGHLY at everything in the apartment and make sure EVERYTHING works properly before you sign any paperwork.. because after that, youâre on your own.
Jan 2023 UPDATE: maintenance never fixed the circuitry issues. just put a band-aid over them until the next time my lights blew or my washing machine stopped working or microwave blew (which has been about every 2-3 weeks). currently 3 of my switches have yellow CAUTION tape over them so i havenât been able to use them all week, and no one can explain why nor whatâs going on. add the pipe burst damage from over the Christmas holiday that still hasnât been resolved (with no concrete timeline as to when it will be taken care of) with the electrical issues, and thatâs a recipe for disaster. getting ready to break my lease and get...
Read moreAmenities are generally nice and maintenance staff is friendly & responsive. The price is moderately competitive. I pay $1800 for ~1000 sqft 1 bed room. It's reasonably close to good shopping (but not within walking distance).
However there are several cons. Any given package can be delivered to 1 of 3 locations, which can cause confusion and missing deliveries. This has gotten a bit better over time, but still isn't reliable (most recently I had a package go missing in April 2025, a couple weeks ago). I've also found the front office to be more difficult than I'd like (unappealable & arbitrary fines, vocally combative, etc). We also had a roach infestation, which while quickish-ly resolved, was disappointing to have to deal with. I've started to smell marijuana a lot more over the last year. The gates have been left open or been broken ~30% of the time while I've lived here (but have been better the last year or two!). Also the outdoor grills next to my building don't work (and generally haven't for 3+ years).
Also, I've been really disappointed by the complex's behavior when it comes to accessibility. My neighbor became disabled a few years ago. They requested to move to a ground floor apartment (same square footage, same interior finish, etc) but was told that their rent would increase by $400 to move down a floor - they can't swing that so they stay in a non-accessible apartment. I made a similar request when my fiancee was recovering from spinal surgery and was similarly told that moving to the same apartment but on the ground floor would incur a big increase in rent. I think this kind of behavior is disturbing, unethical, and reflects poorly on Juncture / Sentinel.
All that said, I don't want to overstate my concerns. Every complex will have cons and in general I do still think it's a reasonable choice given the price point. Ultimately I've been happy living here for a few years. However, I'd make sure to compare with other similar complexes nearby. Most of my neighbors seem lovely and the complex generally feels very family friendly. Overall, I'd give this complex a B- grade.

I saw Juncture responded to my review:
"Hi Ethan. Our team would like to speak with you directly to avoid any further back and forth online. We encourage you to contact our office directly so we can resolve any specific issues promptly. We value your input and look forward to hearing from you. -The Team at The Juncture Apartments"
I encourage the front office staff to contact me directly if they have specific questions. That said, if the complex wishes to improve my rating, the list above should serve as a specific and actionable list of things to focus on. I'd be glad to revise my review as I see visible change occurring within the complex.

At the time of this response, no one at Juncture had ever reached out to me regarding my...
