I deliver here weekly . It’s every man for himself here . Once you pay your lumper there’s no instruction on what to do afterward . If you wait in your truck you will wait for hours after paying your lumper . Then if you walk into the receiving office 9/10 the office is empty and you have to wait your luck . I’ve had to google the phone number & call for help while I’m standing inside the building . You wait hours after paying lumper , once you are able to find capstone they dig out your clean bills out this drawer sitting here in the waiting room . You will literally wait all day with your clean bills just sitting there . One week I had to wait inside the waiting room after the gentleman paged capstone several times to come to receiving & nobody showed up although you can see capstone workers directly behind the glass . A Weis employee had to verify my lumper receipt to release my bills to me after the employees had been instructed not to check receipts anymore & to allow capstone to do it due to drivers being released without paying their lumper .They take forever in all aspects . Break seal open doors and get in your dock. Wait in your truck for a text message for your lumper fee. Follow the directions on which method you pay. Wait in your truck for text message stating they received your money. Wait in your truck for text message saying to come and get you bills. Everything is done through text in these covid times we are going through. Follow directions and be polite and things will run smoothly. Lumper service is through capstone so i thought it was going to be a looooong wait like capstone is known for.. i was pleasantly wrong. Appointment time 0600. Arrived at 555. Checked in at 0600. Was in my dock at 605. Finished unloading at 620. Was texted lumper fee at 625. Got texted saying money was received at 640. Recieved bills at 655. Was rolling down the road by 0700. I will...

Starting from the operator , guardshack lady , and unloading guys capstone. Everyone worst kind of employee who is bad to their work. Appointment set for 6am and i called two days back if they accept early appointment but they said no which was very fine and acceptable. But the operator didn’t tell me my appointment at 9am not 6am. Guardshack lady was so rude when i show some rudeness then she going gud and talk gud. May be they need some rude people who can treat her like this. Now , who unload they took a long long time to unlod this truck They took one pallet and idk what they doing and again half an hour they came and took pallet.
