In the initial stages needing furniture right away with poor credit. They were nice helpful welcoming and I did get furniture. Now for paynents the harassment is not needed when im just a phone call away. I went on a family trip forgot to make the payment on the due date. So i called while on vacation to make it. I was repeatedly interrupted and not listened to then this us very rude i felt very disrespected. This lady named Beverly then had the audacity to ask for MY hard earned money which i called to do in the first place. I further more will and can go around her as she does not own this company so would have to do your job is simple and put customers first building a relationship and reputation goes along way. Hope you learn this important customer service skills and satisfaction. I qill be working with someone else from now on. No thanks.....also make sure not to miss a payment they send people to your apartment to look for you then call you and lie to tell you you dont live there. Pues no es la gran cosa pero pues para querer Sacar Muebles y un pago simple no esta nada mal la unica cosa que yo les Recomiendo es que Checken bien sus muebles cuando les hacen Delivery que no esten rallados oh dañados porque si vas hacer los pagos y te van a querer Sacar un ojo D la cara pues figate bien lo que compras... otra para Servicio al Cliente oh alguna cosa oh pregunta NO LES RECOMIENDO ESTA MUJER FULANA BEBERLY NO TIENE EDUCACION NOSE COMO PUEDE TRABAJAR AHI pero si les recomiendo a LIZ muy amable la Señora nada Que Ver con BEBERLY Esa si NO ella no save como ser Amable con los clientes y no soy la unica que se a quejado de ella ojala cambie esa forma De atender al Cliente de lo Demas esta bien la muebleria...
