I should have looked up the reviews first. I sent you a perfect phone with no scratches as I had a glass shield and a case for the phone so it was not dented in no. Perfect phone. I mailed it correctly, have a receipt, got a call to get my password because I couldn't retrieve the Sim card and I haven't heard from them since. Constant recordings. This place is a life saver!!! I had a TERRIBLE experience at UbreakIFix. They replaced my screen after it just went black with a crappy cheap screen that drained my battery, wasn’t sensing my touch, and was super bulky on the phone.
