The woman that works days I can’t believe the attitude and just don’t care service she has given in the last few times my husband and I have dropped in on her shift . I have repeatedly been friendly to her ect . …..There is one young man that works in the afternoon that is fantastic grate energy always try’s to find a smile. I ask him if he could order a certain item that we stop in there for and he does. I have a valentines gift I was making for my other half and the young man was sure to right down my request. Called to make sure they arrived so I could drive 45 minutes to pick up part of the gift . The woman with the Attitude that can’t seem to do anything told me she could not walk in the back long enough to grab a six pack of the item I was needing. Come on I have done this work for years and Customer Service is a trying job ! I get it . But that’s what keeps this store in business. So now I have exhausted my efforts with this lady . She has her young Son or Grandson cooking in the store at times . So why couldn’t she leave the front long enough to go fetch a drink ? The store is not always that busy .so I was told I had to wait for the afternoon until they were stocked.😫very...

I’ve been coming to this gas station for years, it’s the only one around that I will go to besides Shamrocks, but that’s usually only if i forget to stop at Frankys before heading to Dallas. This place is always welcoming and willing to help people with whatever they may need. We get a lot of fishing tournaments in this area and some of the out of towners tend to be demanding and rude to the local help around here and we don’t take it lightly. Shopped there since it was brand new Gas, fishing tackle, snacks ... whatever and every thing on the was to the lake with the boat... today however, was my last day... first I was in line and informed misc. Customers were first because they didn't make money on fishing license.. No one in the store at the time but she couldn't figure out the machine and then again when she didn't know the password and couldn't make the machine work. I was made to wait and step out of line twice. Wasting 15 minutes of my time!!!! Very poor...
