I asked to be called if he were to be on a kill list so he could go to a different shelter or foster and she laughed at me and said extremely condescending "um no we can't do that if he gets put down we're not calling its too much work he's our property if you bring him in" if you care about animals don't bring them here to be neglected or murdered. We went there on a Saturday, looking for a puppy. They had a few, but most would grow bigger than our ideal size. We asked the officer if we could come back the next day. He said they're normally closed on Sundays, but would see what he could do. A phone call later, he told us someone would meet us on Sunday morning. We got there, held the puppy we were most interested in, and now have a new family member!
