Bridlewood Ranch brought our dream wedding to life! Not just one day, but the entire weekend. We hosted our rehearsal dinner, wedding day, and happily ever after brunch at the ranch in February 2022, and with every event this team went above and beyond.

If you’re looking for a rustic, homey, comfortable event venue where your guests will be immersed in the beauty of real Florida nature, THIS is it. We wanted our wedding weekend to feel like a relaxed family reunion, and Bridlewood created just that.

The lakeside ceremony location is incredible. The grand oak trees and sandy beach made for the perfect photo backdrop. The way the sunlight beamed through the woods was absolutely magical. Our guests were amazed that such a peaceful, quiet spot could be so close to Orlando. Our guests loved that the cocktail hour was just steps away, where they could still watch us taking bridal portraits under the trees.

As soon as we saw the reception barn, we knew this was the venue for us, as it already had the aesthetic we wanted. The farmhouse tables, mason jar chandeliers, and hanging window panes made for a charming and cozy space. One of the biggest benefits of booking at Bridlewood was that they had TONS of decor included in our package. Signs, seating charts, lanterns, table numbers, floral, and more were available for use. The fact that I didn’t have to buy 20 lanterns that I’d never use again was a lifesaver! Our 70 guests had plenty of room at their tables, on the dance floor, at the bar and buffet lines. The team set up our guest book table and wedding favors beautifully. Alyssa even added greenery, lanterns, and candles around the reception and along the ceremony aisle that were the perfect touches!

The location of Bridlewood Ranch could not be more perfect. Tucked away in the quiet hills of Clermont, it feels like a different world than the hustle and bustle of Orlando. It’s extremely close to hotels in Clermont, and a short drive from the theme park resort area and airport. Some of our guests stayed locally in Clermont, while others made a vacation out of the weekend and stayed at the theme parks. It really offered the best of both worlds for our guests!

Hands down, the best part of this experience was working with the Bridlewood team. From day one, Alyssa, Elaine, and their staff made us feel welcomed, excited, and at ease. They took the time to listen to our vision, while offering their recommendations and expertise. Being able to text Alyssa quick questions throughout the planning process made each step stress-free. During the wedding weekend, they kept everything on time and in line, with clear communication throughout.

Our package included the bartender and DJ, both of which were fantastic. The audio and music during the ceremony was perfect, and he kept the party going after dinner on the dance floor. The bartender listened to our vision for signature drinks and gave her recommendations. She even included a blueberry syrup in our signature mojito, made from blueberries grown right next to the barn! It’s those small details that set this venue apart.

My family was extremely impressed with the team’s professionalism and caring nature. You can tell this isn’t “just a job” to them, this is their livelihood!

Bridlewood Ranch was absolutely perfect for us. I was looking for a barn/rustic venue and I really wanted to get married in front of a beautiful oak tree and they were exactly what I was looking for from an aesthetic standpoint. The property is gorgeous, boasts a beautiful view of a lake, gorgeous photo locations and exceptional package options. Anyone planning a wedding knows budget is a big deal and Bridlewood has fantastically priced, totally customizable package options, which were perfect for my needs and budget. The service and staff were both great, and I have to give a special shout out to Elaine for being so awesome. They took great care of us all weekend, made sure my husband and I had everything we needed and also took great care of our parents. The groomsmen suite and bridal cottage were really cute, comfortable to get changed in, and had some really nice touches to personalize our experience. They have a great stock of decor available to use and I really loved the vendors they work with for their packages. I'll share more on a few of them below but our wedding went on without a hitch, we received so many compliments on the venue, and we couldn't have asked for a better wedding. HIGHLY recommend! P.s. photos are cell phone photos until we get the photographer photos in a few days.

DJ: David from DNR was phenomenal. He was so easy and fun to work and really made it a priority to make sure that we were all on the same page with what we envisioned for music. David helped me keep the ceremony music a secret from my husband, did a great job with keeping the vibe going during the reception, gauging the crowd and even had a couple extra tricks to help get people up on the dance floor that I haven't seen before. David was both super friendly and very professional. His experience and flexibility made for a perfect flow during the reception and we truly had an absolute blast. I honestly can't recommend him enough.

Coordinator:Alyssa and Wild Weddings were PHENOMENAL! We had an amazing wedding and rehearsal dinner at Bridlewood Ranch and, with Alyssa as our day of coordinator, everything went so smoothly and everyone had an amazing time. Alyssa is organized, excellent at communicating, experienced, kind, flexible and good at wrangling our wedding party members to make sure everyone knew where they should be during the rehearsal. The venue was decorated gorgeously under her guidance and perfectly aligned with our style. I had a couple of quick changes during the wedding, like the small flowers on the cake, and they were addressed immediately and discreetly. There were also a couple of times that I needed help or needed Alyssa for something and she seemed to be so intuitive and just appeared instantly for whatever I needed. I would highly recommend Wild Weddings for anyone and cannot say enough how grateful I am for their service.

Photographer: Robert is AWESOME! He included engagement photos with our wedding package and was so flexible with date changes/cancelations we had to make since we were from out of town. He is amazing to work with, especially on the day of the wedding. Robert has a phenomenal attitude, is fun, creative, open to try out some ideas (the groomsmen had way too much fun running around in a blow up dinosaur costume before the ceremony and Rob was here for it) and takes gorgeous photos. We're really happy with his service, he was easy to communicate with and we feel that the value he provided for the cost of services was fantastic. We highly recommend and would definitely work...

It took me a couple of weeks to come back down from cloud nine of using this wedding venue! HANNAH, I OWE YOU MY LIFE!

This wedding venue had everything we were looking for, and we fell in love with it so much that we booked it right after the tour! It is located in a rural area, wooded with gorgeous Florida foliage and nature (which, for me, is a MUST). When you arrive down a sturdy dirt road, you're greeted with a grass parking area with plenty of space for vehicles. If you're not into country style, don't let the bar scare you off. Truly, this venue had the perfect mix of rustic and boho. It was EVERYTHING.

When you begin the walk down to the gorgeous lake where the ceremony is held, it is a paved nature trail that is lined with lights around the trees, guiding you to a huge oak tree and lake. I grew up walking nature trails, so this was honestly a selling point for me.

Along the path, there are two suites, one for the bride tribe, and one for the grooms tribe. Both are very spacious, good AC, and cute to hang in before the I DO's. With this venue you also get the suites the day before, day of, day after. Making it super easy to drop off dresses and items, clean, and so on. Not sure if this comes with all packages, but we got the 2nd best package. Secretariat?

In the reception space, it has natural wood, giving it a barn feel but a very clean aesthetic. Don't pass up the draping, although it is extra it adds such a vibe to the space!! The string lights, the bar area, and sweetheart table, it was just.. magical.

Our guests LOVED the outside patio and fire pit. We had a full moon that night, too. Another sign from above we made the right choice. It was framed perfectly between the trees :)

Hannah, thank you for taking on my ideas and making them a reality. The wedding was a dream come true with the decor. You nailed it. Hannah, our wedding planner and coordinator was simply great. She took on some ideas I have not seen yet at this venue and she took it to the next level. She also never made us feel rushed, although weddings are fast-paced. She let us soak in the moments. (is THEE preferred vendor for all things Bridlewood!)

The DJ worked with us on music, I know we prob gave him a heart attack at first since we didn't want traditional wedding hits. He killed it. (was on suggested catering list)

The Catering was talked about a lot. I wish I got to eat more prime rib that night! (was on the suggested vendor list - 3C's catering, I think?)

The bakery items WERE SO SO GOOD AND BEAUTIFUL THANK YOU LA PETITE OF MT DORA!!

My grandmother surprised us with a live painter - StarryNight Live Painting.. was such a heartfelt touch.. :')
