Got my glass 2 days late. Recieved it untinted. When price quote was for tinted. So over paid for what I recieved. Gave a template and told them to make it 1/16" smaller. Template was a perfect fit. So should have been no problem putting it in. Unfortunately the corners were not cut properly. So $60 down the drain for something that does not fit and back to square one. Doesn't call you when he says he's going too. So u better keep calling him. Was ghosted after dropping off the Template Friday. Was originally told the glass would be ready Saturday. Called left msg. No response back. Called Monday morning at 9am and he picked up I asked about the glass n asked what the price difference would be for a different kind of glass. Which I informed the workers I wanted to know friday because if it's not a big difference I woulda went with stronger. It was a huge difference and I told him to stick with what was already discussed. He informed me he would call me when it was finished. 3pm came and I had not heard from him so I called him. And he had a like duh it's done attuide. I don't want to work with this business. I had enough after the last phone call. Which is why we just took the glass untinted. After paying for the glass and then handing it to us he started telling us how fragile the glass was. When he knows this is for a camper window so a moving down the highway speeds. So it made me really question then if we just made a huge mistake. Thats just not the right way to do business. I take my ratings seriously. But their was so many problems with our order and they are not...

Inconsiderate of customer's time. I called and booked an appointment. The arrival time was to be between 8:30 and 12:00. I called the day before to confirm, because the time span was going to make me miss a half day of working and earning. The date and time was confirmed. I was up early and waited 'till 12:30. When I called I was told the service guy was running behind and I would need to wait probably 'till 3. I told the person at Top Quality that I had to go to work and to please reschedule me. I was told I would get a call back that day. No call. So the next day I called and was told by the owner, with a nasty attitude, that he could not afford to send his truck to my location and that the operator that scheduled me was wrong in her actions, "We never go that far". Terrific. I blew a half days pay only to be blown off. Don't believe any owner that put the blame for his company's failures on his employees. If employees make a commitment in the name of the company that commitment should be honored, certainly not dismissed with anger. This incident cost me more than I would have spent with Top Quality that day. I recommend steering clear of these characters ANSWER TO OWNER'S REPLY A very nice apology for wasting my time. That still leaves me short on my pay this week because you did not review your service schedule to see where your company made service commitments, and my glass door is still not operational. Charles from Top Quality Glass and More did a fantastic job. I had a crack, along with some shatters on two of three mirrored furniture drawers; as well, I wanted a tempered beveled glass to put on top of an outdoor wicker bar table.

The impeccable workmanship done produced replacement of the mirrored glass on the two drawers that no one would even know that they were replaced because the match of the total mirrors on the furniture was perfect; and so was the detail with the install onto the drawers- absolutely NO damage done to the wooden frames. The quality tempered glass produced for my wicker bar is heavy and also outstanding while it looks as though the table came with it as well. Beforehand, Charles also communicated effectively as to the timeframe the materials would arrive to them, down to the timeframe that the work itself would take. He actually came to my house and provided a no-cost estimate and details surrounding what I was looking to achieve.

I would highly recommend Top Quality Glass and More and would absolutely use them for any mirror or glass needs in the future.
