I had a great experience with Better World Books! The Website is easy to navigate and find what your looking for. The shipping was quick too! I got a few various types of confirmation emails, including some creative ones that made the whole experience more personal. Almost all of the books arrived in the condition expected, the only thing I could say is one of the hardcover books came without its jacket, but it's also very possible it said that and I just missed it. So yes, overall an amazing purchase experience. Will definitely be buying them here again!

**Note: Just something I wish I had remembered, if the book you are buying says Library on it will probably have the plastic cover (fairly easy to remove) and the stickers (which can be tricky lol). So just so you know, a couple of mine left some of the adhesive on the book, and it's a struggle to get it off. There is also a chance of stamps on the inside, but those are pretty easy to ignore. What a great bookstore! Not only did I find the book I was looking for (at a very reasonable price), but when it shipped I received a lovely email from my book telling me it was on its way! It wrote that it was excited to meet me, because I'm obviously such a well-read person, and that it was prepared for the long trip, which would no doubt be fraught with peril. It was happy to have found a new home after its previous owner was moving and couldn't take it with her. I got a good laugh and shared the email with my friends, who also loved it.

The email was a confirmation of where the book would be sent, along with tracking information, but it was the most creative and fun way to communicate normally boring information. It also let me know that my book buying dollars are helping kids read from Brazil to Botswana. What more could you want?!

I searched for a book online. I placed the book in the cart at each site and chose the book I wanted to purchase from another site. A few days later, I received an email from this business telling me my purchase was complete and had been shipped! I never entered my payment information into this cart. I only placed the book in the cart in case I wanted to purchase it. I found the book on another site for less. I purchased the book from that business! I replied to the email from Better World Books with a screenshot of the cart showing no purchase and telling them I had not purchased the book from this business. I got an email today that said I could return the purchase for a full refund within 30 days! I can't believe this happened. How dare a business auto purchase for people.
