My experience: At this point I have had several so rather than point to one specifically, I would rather say why they have become the only pawn shop I use in the Missoula area. It's both the staff and the deals. I have never felt pressure to buy anything. Any time I am looking at something I am always approached with a friendly inviting offer to help. I especially appreciate their honesty. I have seen a few things that I was not sure about and feel very confident that the information I received was very honest. I have also been very happy with the deals I have made at Cash One Pawn. When selling: Could I sell an item for more? Maybe but selling to them means I don't have to deal with the selling process or the waiting to try to the max amount possible. Keeping in mind that this is a business and as such must make profit I have been more than happy with taking a little off the top end for everything selling to them takes off of my plate. When buying: This is most of what I do here and it's because of the very fair deals I get. They basically sell at a little below common resale pricing BUT there is no shipping or waiting or headache. When factoring all that in the deal just gets better and better. So with all that said I would highly recommend that if you are looking for great well tested items please give this place a gander. Talked with Steve within literally seconds of walking in the door. Steve was very professional, knowledgeable, cordial and looking to assist me in any way he was responsible for.

I needed a short term ("rock n roll" guitar secured) loan to help pay for a family medical emergency.

Steve literally moved mountains to help me get the solution I needed and was more like family than "pawn jockey". I can't imagine a better outcome to my situation. Within a half hour, my needs were met (in spades) and I was out the door to face life's challenges, now armed with a "Cash 1 Pawn" assist.

Cash 1 Pawn is much more than you imagine. It's well organized, professionally operated and staffed and they are focused on helping you. The store looks more like a high end department store than your traditional "pawn shop". We were amazed at the depth of inventory they had available for purchase. We were shocked at how clean and expertly laid out the store was.

I can't imagine a better "first pawn shop" experience. I'll admit that before we arrived there I was secretly dreading the experience but my experience with these guys was amazing. They have my loyalty and my business forever!

I have been coming to this store since it opened back in 2013. My wife, my baby, and I were in today for a few minutes and our experience was just awful. We were the only customers in when we got there. We were greeted as we walked in, kudos there. My wife walked to the back room with the baby, long enough to glance at the heaters while I tried to find a movie we came in for. I then went to the back room to rendezvous with my family. Upon walking back out of the room seconds later, a short bald man greeted us, followed right behind us, and muttered under his breath at us. We go over the snowboards and the tools. I was there to buy a jigsaw, so I looked at some cordless ones and a table one. Shortly after, my friend that I hadn't seen in a while walked into the store. We greeted each other, as people do, and then we were immediately, and rudely interrupted by a third employee. In fact, there were several employees working today, way too many for such a small business.
