If I could give this place zero stars i definitely would. I had both the mechanical bull and a bounce house reserved for my child’s birthday party Saturday at 1. They had previously told me they would be there around 45 minutes to an hour early to begin set up. Once it got around the time for them to get there I called to give the gate code. The women who answered I believe an owner began to tell me that they would be late but she didn’t know when she would get out to the party. She said the traffic was holding them up. Then said the weather the previous night was backing them up. Then said that one of the people blew out their back the previous day. She gave three different excuses two of which I could have been told about the previous day. She then said she would call me back later with an estimate because she could not give me one at that time. I said alright and waited for the call. After about 40 minutes went by and the party was going to start soon I called back because I had not heard anything.She answered and I asked for an update she tried to not give me one and said I could cancel the order or wait until they could get out their and it “wasn’t their fault”. I did not want to cancel so I asked for any possible time in which they could be there. She said an hour and a half to two hours. I didn’t want to cancel because I had booked these things in advanced and everyone was excited so I said alright and waited to see when they could be there. 17 minutes after the party started the women texted and cancelled my order without explanation. I called back definitely upset about the situation as any normal person would be and she said I have her attitude so she made the executive decision to cancel. It was the most ridiculous and unprofessional business experience i have ever seen. They had no intention to come. They could have cancelled the previous day and allowed me to figure something out. It is funny how after she cancelled I was able to get a bounce house out to the house in 20 minutes. (Bounce that) (I highly recommend bounce that, they were very professional and helped out so quickly when this unprofessional business essentially screwed is over.) This company is horrible and I would not recommend to ANYONE and trust me a lot of people were at that party and could not believe how horrible of a business this is, I know lots of people who have been deterred from...

This family owned business has by far been one of the best business I have worked with. First off I wanna say that not only did I put the wrong date for my event but they were so accommodating. I rented a wet bounce house with a slide and on the form I put June 2 but I really needed the bounce rental for the 8th. James, I believe the owner, called on June 2nd saying if we were still doing the event since the weather wasn’t good. I then realized that I made the biggest mistake of putting the wrong date. He was so accommodating and stated it was fine and would be there to set up on June 8th. He came early with his son and they set up our bounce house on time. His crew was sooooo kind they helped us even set up our water balloons for our vbs events too. A lot of companies only care about their job and will leave but he made sure to instruct us on the bounce house showed us where everything on the rental was and made sure everything was going well. I just want to say how sweet and nice Mrs. Felicia was. Her customer service was amazing! I had a previous vendor schedule for Saturday but it fell through last minute (morning of event)! So I was panicking to find another vendor for our party. I seen Best Deal Jumper on google and spoke with Mrs. Felicia to check their availability. I was so lucky they had everything we needed (and some) and was able get my delivery in time for my event! This was a very last minute request they truly took care of us! I didn’t get her Husband’s name but he was super nice and I could tell he took pride in his company and wanted to make sure we were satisfied before he left!
