I was turned toward The Art Dept. & Benton by a friend of mine who had worked with them in the past. I was looking for a place that could help bring my ideas to life from what I had pictured in my head. I worked with Courtney and from the minute I walked in, I was treated like I was the only customer they had. Excellent customer service! She was with me from the beginning, answered every question I had, (which was quite a few) very knowledgeable, very personable and it was a great atmosphere. Russ always provides a great product outcome. At the very least, include Russ and Art/Benton in quotes you get, he always tells me that he'll match or beat any quote. Regardless of cost, they bring home a great result. HomeCare of Mid-Missouri has used Russ's companies for years. They've always been responsive and detailed. Rare times did HCMM have to call him about a mistake, usually it's ours but Russ takes care of it to quickly get an accurate order in to the customer. I have been using Russ and his ridiculously, fabulous crew since the very beginning for work, church and personal projects. I have lost count of how many projects we've done together. They are on speed dial and ALWAYS come through.
