BEWARE!!!! Sept 21st 2016 I purchased a bunkbed they gave me USED matresses with tears all over the bottom..... I made them come get and bring me NEW ones in plastic ... We started to notice the kids had bites.. At first we thought were mosquito bites.... I called and sent corporate emails with no response and went into Badcock in Theodore and explained they gifted us with bed bugs and she said call corporate as I was talking the younger female staff chimed in and said "oh remember that couch" they older female shut her up to keep from telling me....Corporate finally calls me nearly 60 days later to say they can't help me! I have pictures and video of this bed with bedbugs everywhere!!! They are costing me thousands of dollars to treat my home due to these have made it to my room! I look like a lepoard with bites everywhere and have to go see a dr. tomorrow due possible secondary infections from scratching these nasty bites!!! Please becareful and use...
Read moreI want to start off by saying the customer service is absolutely great no complaints from that part of it by any means they were so helpful and done what they had to do to get me in and out with no issues. But I was recently let off for COVID 19 and was out of work for 2 months straight. I filed for the insurance which I’m paying on every month for times like this well needless to say the insurance only paid one month I’m now behind 2 months on my bill I have had the run around with the insurance company and they refuse to pay the bill even though I’ve sent documentations to prove where I have been out of work. Read moreI made a purchase late February, 3 weeks later I received a phone call from a delivery guy who stated he was 20 minutes away. I called the store to find how could he be 20 minutes away if no one have given me an appointment time or date. The rep apologized and gave me an actual date which was 1 week out, she informed me that I would receive a call the day before delivery with a time , however I did not receive a call. On the day of delivery I called the store for a eta. I was told I was on schedule for 1:30 pm. 4 pm still no delivery, I call the office yet again for an update only to be told my appointment was for the following week.
