Viva Market — Local services in Modesto

The store does smell when you walk in. It is small and not much room to get by. The fruit was rotten in the entrance. The staff is not welcoming. They are over priced. They sell they’re chicken at $17.50 just for the chicken alone. Way to expensive. I seriously had to ask 3 x different people to confirm the price was.

I called around town to other places and got way lower prices by 5$ less.

I don’t plan on ever going back or recommending this...

Nice little convenient corner store. Small in size but loaded with everything you need to make a carne asada, cook a meal indoors, or take out a beautifully cooked pollo asado. Friendly people. A good place...
