We were very excited to bring our family here because it looks like a ton of fun for the kids. Unfortunately, on the day we were supposed to go, our daughter got sick. Trying to call to see if we could get a refund or reschedule was an incredibly frustrating process. When we were finally able to get through to somebody on the phone, we were initially told that we could come to the location and a manager would be able to issue a refund (awesome!). After driving a half hour out of my way, while trying to figure out who to talk to, I was ignored by multiple employees who turned and walked away as soon as I said "excuse me". When I finally found somebody who was willing to talk to me, the woman was rather abrupt. She told me to email the manager. Now I spent a bunch of time driving out of my way for nothing. So we emailed the manager and waited for a response.... and waited... and waited. When we finally did get a response, she was INCREDIBLY rude. Although she was able to get us a refund, the unprofessionalism of the experience really left a sour taste in our mouths. I understand that it can get busy at times, but the lack of customer appreciation and common decency likely ruined any chance of us planning a...
Read moreThis is a nice place for PYO(pick your own). We went there for apple picking and pumpkin picking.
There are huge parking places with reserved handicap parking behind the store. They provide several portable restrooms in the middle of the parking lot. I checked them out and It was clean and there were no bad smells.😉 They even have a portable sink right beside the apple picking shelter. I also check it out. It is very nice of them to have this compact sized sanitary facility in the outdoor place.🤩
There were five different kinds of apples available for picking in this season. I was a little disappointed that they didn't have Honey Crisp, which is my favorite, but their Fuji was great and sweet enough. We were so excited to find pretty and ripe apples and enjoyed picking them.
After picking apples we moved to the pumpkin picking field. It was located a little bit further behind Play Land so we had to walk down alongside the corn field, but I was really happy we didn't miss it.We found perfect pumpkins for carving and decorations.
It was very organized and the signs were well placed everywhere. The lady at the apple picking shelter was very nice and friendly. We all had a...
Read moreStopped by today with a 2yr old and infant. I greeted the play area employee and asked how much to play. She said $7. I got my card out to pay, she stated she’s not sure how and that I need to use a QR code & it’s also cheaper on there. So while juggling two kids I try to get my phone out to pay online. Well its $13 on there. I tell the employee, I’m confused can I please just pay her the $7 with my card. She just shrugs and says she’s not sure maybe prices are higher today. So of course next I go to a manager. Manager says she can’t help me & maybe the staff are still learning. So they apparently put untrained people at registers that don’t even know the cost or how to. I understand the shortage of employees in the country but I guess there is a shortage of common sense and kindness as well. Thanks for sending a very sad 2 yr old home who just wanted to play with the little cars for 15 min. Won’t...
