I had a blowout on the turnpike. Got off and called for trailer tires. I was specific about needing a pair. I wasn’t going to trust the other one if one already blew out. Quoted around 150 each for radials and $99 for the others. Got there to only one radial in stock and $125 not $99 for the others. The older gentleman said the fellow that quoted the price was gone for the day and he would honor the $99.00 price. I got the tires without looking at my receipt. He charged me full price. I discovered this after our trip (no cell signal for days) and checking my bank account. I called Sunday and the man had no clue who it was etc. just said to bring them back. Um... no... I tried to ask who sold them to me, he had no clue “I didn’t work that day...” so no resolution without going in. I will try again. Not at all convenient to drive to...

I have no problem with the store itself or any of the employees.

Over the Summer, I purchased 4 Tons of Tractor Supply Heating Pellets for my Pellet stove. I spent $1K for these pellets...I typically use Energex, but decided to try the TS brand. I have burned over 20 Tons of pellets and have never had this issue.

Very disappointed. Lots of dust when I open the bag. Inconsistent pellet sizes. Leaves a dark burnt film all over the inside of the bay windows on my stove. Very difficult to see the flames and even more difficult to scrub it off the glass. With previous brand, I could simply clean the glass with a paper towel and water. Now its scrubbing with a vinegar and water mix. I will definitely go back to the Energex brand...

Older lady not the young lady but the old lady was very incompetent and lazy. She refused to show me physically where something was located while there were two cashiers and no customer line so there was no excuse whyy she could not show me where an item was located. She just pointed and said it's over that way. The said pay is a customer that walked in an overheard me and the cashier talking was nice enough to show me where the item was I needed. It's a shame a customer has to do the job of an employee who gets paid...
