The place was really awesome and Martel was patient and he helped us with everything and even though he might not have known everything that was in there I wouldn't really expect him to considering there's so many products and I know that they change quite often probably but, the only issue I had was a drove with my friend from Columbus and we didn't get her $40 off and we didn't get one of one of our concentrates. I'm not sure how it happened because it was the last thing we asked for but, he charged us for it and I know that doesn't sound like a lot or a lot of money but, like I said we drove from Columbus so, we might have spent what we spent there but for the amount we had to spend getting there and back it just kind of sucks that we lost out on so much I guess. I know it was busy when we were there and I know these things might happen so I'm not trying to say he was knowingly or purposely doing anything that I didn't appreciate in any way, I was just really bummed out when I got home and realized I didn't have favorite wax that I wanted to get. It would be totally one thing if you guys were a normal type of business I could just mail it to me or you were close enough that I could just come in and pick it up but, now I'm just out the money and so is my friend and I have a lot less to last me until I'll be able to come again. I guess it just seems like there's no way to really actually fix the issue but, that's also no one's fault so I guess I'm just wanting to say that even though I loved the selection and the products and that Martell was even cool, I guess it just sucks that it happened so I wanted you guys to know but, I don't want anyone to think I will never come back. I just hope you might tell people to watch out about that...
