Good prices and very friendly staff. Never had any issues shopping with them until recently TBH....
They had a big promotional day to celebrate their Birthday, and were giving away lots of free gifts with purchases. As someone on a budget, I wanted to take advantage of this and drove 35 mins to NAR to participate. I received two Society C live rosin vape pens (disposables) as free gifts with my purchases, which typically have a value of $40 each, so I was very happy.
Fast forward to a week ago, I took the first pen out of the box, and only got to enjoy using it for a few days before it died, with half the product still left inside. When I went to look for a port to charge it, there was nothing. The top did not come off either, so I just assumed it was a fluke/disfunctional, and set that pen aside. No big deal. But then the same thing happened with the second pen...died after a couple days with half the product still inside, and no way to recharge.
At this point I felt frustrated, so I called NAR. They were not able to help me with figuring out how to charge them. They were friendly, but I was told that there was nothing they could do about it except for credit $10 to my account, since they no longer have any of those specific pens in their inventory. Also that I should reach out to Society C myself. (Not that I would have really wanted another one of those dysfunctional pens anywayš).
This has been my go-to place for over a year, but I might have to start looking into other Monroe dispensaries because my trust in this place had been slightly damaged by this, unfortunately. It would have been nice to be offered even just a singular replacement pen of any brand to make up for it, as $10 barely covers the cost of gas to get there and back...

I tried asking him to bring me different things and he immediately brought like 5 strands tested at viridis! Right after I literally told him no!!!
So I told him again. No viridis please.. Very Nicely, Iām prior military so Iām patient and respectful.. Even when I shouldnāt be.
He tried to convince me that Iām wrong and I donāt know what Iām talking about. He told me that just because a product is tested at a lab doesnāt mean anything⦠I tried to explain it was my personal preference again! And even tried to explain a situation where I got bad bud multiple times. But that literally meant nothing to this budtender.
I asked for a certain 3 products⦠he proceeds to bring me random stuff, terrible looking shake with no smell that I DID NOT even ask forā¦
I show him on my phone again, hey this is what Iām looking for..
then he canāt find anything Iām looking for..
One other budtender was randomly staring at me⦠for like 5 seconds⦠I stared back confused.. he kept staring so I just looked away⦠I didnāt know what the deal was there⦠but consider me creeped out.

I would say it didn't run as smoothly as it should but I can say the young gentleman that helped me made it alot better once I got in. Yes I was in line for 4 hrs. The person I saw came to all of us in line and ask us to be kind to the bud tender. Then she was kinda enough to offer me a corn dog, then she gave me a 3x tee shirt. The games were cool in the tent. Yes it was cold but this lady made it more pleasurable. She also pass put coupons for a free J, I couldn't catch her name but you could tell she hated what was going on, I appreciate you. Then finally I got to order after 4hrs and like I said the young kid was cool and he had to write everything on a hand printed receipt. I do have a question for the next time I come in can I use all the coupons from the air machine? I happened to grab a bunch of free J's? It was tuff though with the weather and maybe next yr it will run smoother. But thank you NAR for trying to make it...
