Century Pools installed my built in pool approximately 20 years ago and they did a fantastic job. They did what they promised and finished ahead of schedule. The entire crew was very professional and we did not experience any issues. This past spring the original safety cover finally gave out and I had to order a new safety cover. I went back to Century Pools and ordered a new cover. Craig was at my house the next day taking measurements. Craig mentioned that with the new cover that he would close my pool for free. He said the cover would be in within 3 weeks and it was. We set up a pool closing date and they arrived at my house at 9:00am on that date. They finished in 90 minutes and my experience was the same as it was 20 years ago. It is comforting to know that nothing has changed in 20 years and that you can trust and rely on Century Pools to do the job right. We worked with Craig beginning in August of 2022. He met with us and gave us a quote for an inground pool and other features. He insisted on getting a $200 deposit which was fair and that he would contact us in October. October came and went and we never heard from him. We reached out in November to arrange a meeting and unfortunately the responses were very vague and we thought he would meet us on a Saturday evening and he never showed. Unfortunately, Craig had completely forgotten about us as his customer and when we decided to go with another pool company he refused to refund our deposit. I felt he was very unprofessional because he never reached out to us in October like he promised and then completely forgot us all together when we tried to make contact. Craig and his crew built us a beautiful pool in October 2015, which we began using in May 2016. Every aspect of the installation process was meticulously overseen by Craig and Keri, and the end result shows. Our township's inspectors frequently commented on the high quality of Century's workmanship, which passed every inspection the first time. Questions during and after the installation were always promptly answered and service at the store since has been fantastic. I have no doubt our family will be happily using the pool Craig built for us for many years. After visiting with, and speaking to references of, many other major Central NJ pool builders we remain very pleased with our choice to use Century Pools for our in-ground pool. Highly recommend...
