We've been shopping at Copia and participating in their herd share for over a year now, and it's become a staple for our family. We get all our eggs, dairy, meat, and snacks here, and the quality is consistently excellent. One thing that stands out is their carefully curated selection of local health foods—many of which are hard to find elsewhere. It's clear they are ahead of the curve when it comes to understanding the food industry and providing the healthiest options for their customers.
We've had the pleasure of meeting the owners Dan and Caitlin, who are incredibly personable and genuinely care about the people who shop at their farm. They work tirelessly to ensure that their customers are getting the best possible products, and that personal connection is something we truly value.
If I had to point out a downside, it's that some items can be on the pricier side but they remain competitive, given the quality and care that go into everything, it's totally worth it for us. Overall, Copia has become a place we love to support, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for fresh, healthy, and thoughtfully...
Read moreWe joined the herd share program a few years ago to get unpasteurized milk after researching the benefits of it over regular bought at typical grocery stores. I was a big time skeptic for several years and it took me a long time to come around. This has been one of the best nutritional changes I have made for my large family (5 kids). I have noticed that this change along with some others (way more vegetables and cutting out a ton of processed food), our family is healthier and rarely sick! For a family with 5 young kids in the public school system, this is crazy unbelievable!
Not only is it much healthier, but it is so creamy and delicious. My kids love it and are upset when we don't have our "Copia" milk on hand!
I appreciate what Copia is doing for our community to bring it back to the basics of nutrition and real food. Thank you Katelynn, family and friends for your hard work in getting this done!
The only change I would suggest is at some point switching to glass bottles. I don't even know if this is feasible but I'd be willing to pay a deposit to...

Copia Farm and farm store are what you might consider a hidden gem. I purchased two dozen eggs for $7.00. That's right, $3.50 a dozen. First mission was to hard-boil 6 eggs for quick breakfast access. Phenomenal! Deep yellow/orange yolks and natural richness. I'll only be purchasing these eggs moving forward. In my opinion, they're better than Vital eggs at nearly half the price. Keep in mind these eggs have a long life in the fridge... Bought today and the best by date is 8/25/19.
I purchased 5 lbs. of ground chicken as well. The color is the opposite of what you see from factory farm chicken, which is a great sign and proof these chickens are pasture raised. You can see the farm, as the proof is in the pudding.
I spoke with Caitlyn, who was extremely helpful. My support goes to farmers who care and maintain ethical standards with their animals and customers. Transperancy is Copia's motto and they...
