Course looks challenging and inviting on the website, some of the holes even seemed exciting and pristine, unfortunately that's where it stopped. I always try to take the last tee time out (after work) so i can get 9 holes in and be done in around 1.5 hrs. Set to tee off@630 notice first tee box was pretty tattered ok number 1 is always the worst, not the case most tee boxes looked the same from slight divots to craters in most case. I can't blame the course for the trash on the boxes that's just lazy golfers. Fairways were mowed but seemed down the middle it varied from short to high within yards of each other. Up on the greens now, while green sizes were huge i found just as much brown as there was greens in quite a number of holes. All that could have been overlooked and chalked up to dry and hot conditions, but i can't overlook or give a course a pass when I'm paying/ playing and your lawn maintenence guy is mowing fairways and refuses to yield to your golfers, and never ever get off your machine and MOVE MY BALL so that you can mow the strip i played to so i didn't hit you. Returning to the clubhouse now dark nearly after waiting on lawn care to move i get questioned about how many are behind me and what took so long, I never responded to the lady figured i would save my breath and next time I'll go 10 minutes further down the road to Clover Valley. I love the layout but don't know if I'll ever return to see if it...
Read moreThe course is beautiful and challenging (but still intermediate-friendly). It’s well maintained with faster greens than I expected for an affordable course. It’s very reasonably priced for both the round and the food/drinks. The lost stars is because this course is not suitable for an every 10 minute tee time. The first hole is a par 5 and since almost every tee time was taken by a foursome, the pace of play became extremely backed up. We were waiting 10+ minutes to play almost every hole. It took us almost 6 hours to get through 18 holes. If they fixed the pace of place via lower number of tee times it would be a much more...
Read moreThis course has spent a lot of money doing renovations lately and it has really paid off. Really nice course that is plenty of a challenge, but still has plenty of birdies and pars out there to get. They are taking great care of it and it is a great deal, especially if you walk it. There is a lot of water and some shots you can't see it until after the shot so make sure and keep an eye on the course map so you don't wind up in a hazard you didn't even...
