Roots Appliance's — Local services in Monroe Township

Bought a fridge it died after 3 weeks we lost all our food called roots because they offer the warranty on used which is why we bought it there and was told they wouldn't service it but we could bring it in to them. Paid for another appliance repair to come out to be told it would cost more than a new one to fix it. Called roots back and I was happy he brought us another used one and took the bad one, why he couldn't do that in the first place and save me paying another repair price on it is extremely bad business in my opinion. 1 week after we have our replacement it died with a different issue than the last one and lost our food once again. Called roots and he said he wasnt coming back out and dealing with it again.

So this speaks to his quality of products 2 fridges dead and cost me the price of a new one after all this and I still don't have a fridge that works.

Stay away from these guys you can get an appliance they fixed decent im sure but i can tell you first hand if you get one that dies he won't stand behind their warranty to fix it or even diagnose it. So you will be left paying for a used fridge a repair and hopefully not lose all your food twice...

I had done my homework prior to going out to buy new. I had also grown weary of going to the laundromats because my clothes still stunk after their wash. The owner of Roots educated me on the process of washing and how all of my concerns could be resolved with a certain machine style.

These guys where really friendly we had an old washer that didn't work any and they came and picked it up free of charge I even helped load it up and the guy who came was very nice we had a good laugh while loading it it would of cost us a lot to it disposed of but roots came and took it for free they said either way if they can fix it or not it's money in...
