Freshest eggs you'll find anywhere the chickens roam free you're welcome to go over and look in the Penn you see them all over it's a wonderful Farm Steve the owner is very friendly will stop and talk to you anytime they have more than just eggs they also have chicken that they grow themselves they house Russian fees all of their animals are humanely care for you see them in the pasture eating grass and acting as animals should act their treated very well I enjoy going to the farm and just spending time inside the chicken coop or walking around with the chickens it's a great Saturday morning trip for me try it sometime you'll be surprised at all the little things that they have inside the store that she wouldn't expect fresh maple syrup honey herbs and spices pastries check them out you won't be sorry. Just wanted to add a short update. Steve and his family have worked hard to create a wonderful family market. Everything is fresh and very good. We only buy meat from the farm that includes eggs. I took some new pictures I will post some of them.

Love this place. All local stuff raised right there on the farm. Grass fed moo, oink, yard bird and other critters. Very friendly staff, can't wait to go back. *Update 5/7/2021* Route 174 Roadside market continues to be our only source for beef. You are not going to find a better value and quality product in the Central PA Area. Now more than ever you should support your local family farms and if you choose Route 174, you will do just that and be glad that you did. Our family enjoys what their family has worked hard to provide to us as loyal customers, and when you have that kind of loyalty it means a lot.

Really just a great family owned market with seasonal items that is in tune with providing local produce, beef, pork and chicken (straight from their farm across the street, no hormones, cage free chicken) , plus bedding plants and hanging baskets (in season) and locally made foods, soaps, coffee, snacks, baked goods. Small, but mighty. They have an active Facebook page that fills you in on what is happening at the farm. .
