Custer Airport - KTTF — Local services in Monroe

This airport is maintained adequately.  Off the main corridors it is a good place for practice, learning and general aviation.  There is an opportunity for business activity as the location appears to be underutilized in an area that could provide speedy air and ground service to Toledo at reasonable, if not great, profit.  The location is surrounded by trails and a large municipal park.  All in all it is a good location but generally appears to be underutilized.  Air traffic is light here.  The signage for the place is spotty and moving around on the property, if you are unfamiliar with it, can take more time than you'd expect with lots of wrong turns.  Services are adequate here...
