I recently moved to the area and finally had a chance to visit the Monroe Country Store. There is a large, gravel parking area immediately next to the store. The store has a lovely wooden porch and a beautiful, homey, wooden interior. There's a small seating area to the left when you first enter and a local Maine craft shelf off to the right.
