I’d like to first say this has been a nightmare to say the least… once the home is placed you will be directed other places…I’ve been waiting months for repairs to the damage from dropping the trailer. The people they first sent created more problems.they won’t hook up your ice maker as if I know how to do it.they say they will repairs but what that means is coming out and putting nails in it.. the process is worse than buying a house. I can for see issues with this trailer unless than a year my back door was supposedly fix but the handle is coming off again… I’m disappointed because these trailer aren’t cheap…. If I had to list all of my issues it would be a book. Still waiting on my front door and I’ve been here since February. This has been stressful for me…. As it stands I’m still waiting on repairs...

Worst mistake was buying this home from Monroe Home Center!! We have had problems from the beginning! The air conditioning doesn’t work on this brand new home and hasn’t from day 1 And we are 2 months in and air conditioning still doesn’t work! Refrigerator ice maker didn’t work so they sent somebody out to look at that ,said it needed a part and a few days later it flooded the home! Monroe Home Center is not concerned about any of it! Half of the skirting has been done but still not finished because he ran out! I could literally go on! Be careful because they sell u hopes and dreams and when it comes down to getting things done, that is their responsibility they just say things like u are in the list but we don’t have an exact date as to when! So currently still waking to...
