I was so impressed with both the quality of the products and the customer service I received from Elaine. Our family purchased the bridal party sashes, cup, candles, and the cloth. The quality is amazing and the products are beautiful, we received many compliments!

The customer service I experienced from Elaine was also much appreciated and thoughtful. She made sure that our items were received with plenty of time before the wedding, and when one candle arrived cracked (which happens), she offered to make a new one and we received it right away.
