I joined the Ardor family back in November, when I attended Rebecca’s ā€œBaddiesā€ class. CrossFit just for ladies. I’ll be honest, I was nervous and skeptical at first. I didn’t think CrossFit was for me…but I’m excited to say that I’ve stuck with it and lost 70 pounds!!! My knee pain is gone, & I feel much more confident in my body. All of the coaches know how to find the balance between honoring where you’re at , while pushing you just a bit further for the perfect workout. I just show up and know that I am guaranteed a fun time. Besides a ton of regular CrossFit offerings they have Pilates and yoga too. Bonus: I own a business so sometimes it’s hard to get out but with them being open 24 hours... No excuses! I can go whenever I want! I always feel safe no matter what time I go. BUT! The cherry on top? SAUNA ! So relaxing!!! Especially on a cold New England winter day. The best investment you can make IN YOURSELF this year is getting a membership. You won’t regret it. Hope to see some new faces in the baddies club 🄰 Thank you to Rebecca and Derek for making it such a great...

The greatest hour of my entire day is spent at crossfit ardor. No WOD is ever the same and every PR may be individually different but there's no "I" in team ardor. Aside from quickly developing a severe O.C.D (obsessive crossfit disorder), when I step into this gym, it becomes about something much more. Even as I write this on what is a gloomy day, there's always sunshine found at the end of the ardor rainbow. Strangers quickly turn into your greatest supporters, your loudest cheerleaders and even become the family I never had. The very people behind the name on that big brick building have an even bigger passion in what they do here. Rebecca and Derek coach Crossfit, promote fitness as a whole, inspire a fight in everyone and encourage the strength you never thought you had to never stop. You gave me the second chance that I...

Stop thinking about trying it out and just show up! I was intimidated ,to say the least, at the prospect of joining something group focused when so out of shape. Lucky for me a friend convinced me to try it out. What I have experienced thus far is a group of people from experienced to novice with a drive to become more healthy. The support and comradery is like nothing I have experienced. I've only been going a couple months now and I can't believe the difference it has made in my life already. My stress level has gone down, my tolerance for lifes curveballs has increased, and my confidence keeps growing. Before I started, I was plagued with constant lower back issues, which have completely disappeared. Here's to getting to the next gain. Special thanks to the two who make it...
