If I could give Jose a 100/100 I would. He has come through not once, not twice, but three times and absolutely saved my butt. First it was a broken dishwasher that wasn’t draining (while my husband was working out of town), second, it was a broken microwave (also while my husband was working out of town), and third was a broken fridge at the business I own. I texted him each time and he responded promptly and every single time made space in his schedule to come help as soon as possible. Even when he had to order replacement parts he did so promptly and got them as fast as he could get them. I could not recommend him enough. It is SO NICE to have someone that I can call when things coincidently break when my husband is working out of town! Did I also mention his prices are not astronomical?! Absolutely the best. First of all, quality service is what Jose provides. I called him late one evening this past week and he was able to squeeze in a visit to our home between two of his many appointments the following day.

Jose pinpointed/diagnosed the issue we were having with our oven within a couple minutes of me describing the issue & him running some diagnostics. Total repair time was less than 30 minutes from arrival to departure.

Jose is kind, polite, conversational and ultra professional. Furthermore, his mobile-service van is top of the line, super clean and stocked with a plethora of replacement items. Mr.Salinas came out to my property and checked my water heater. He gave me a diagnosis and I'm not sure if you have ever dealt with Rheem's warranty customer service but they are very hard to deal with. Mr. Salinas went above and beyond and spoke to them to let them know what the issue was. They sent the part and he replaced it all in a couple of days! The customer service was outstanding!!!
