My girlfriend bought a set of vintage glass containers with lids and this bumbling idiot old man broke the top of one of the lids while ringing it up at the cash register. When my girlfriend said something, he just shrugged it off and made an excuse that he didn't know how to do refunds or discounts. This moron has poor customer skills and should not be behind...
