A beautiful scenery with a mild hike, the pools smell like sulfur so be prepared to have a stinky car afterward! My friends and I just cruise to the beach after for a quick rinse to avoid causing our respective houses to smell. There are plenty of friendly locals and tourists so be mindful of others, you will most likely never be alone!

Fun hike but very confusing to find the springs. As Laura mentioned below, follow her instructions. This is what helped us find the springs, thanks Laura! I'm attaching pictures of the sign you should take a left at and go over the pipes. You will then see a small, slightly hidden path winding up and to the left. Hope this helps!

the Hotsprings were recently BURIED By the latest rain in DEC 2023!. 😕 the hike is also difficult and has a ton of mosquitoes and poison oak. There have been BEAR and MOUNTAIN LION sightings FYI! it’s Really Not very scenic either. A better hike would be inspiration point in Santa Barbara. much more beautiful

It's a mission to get up there. If you don't know where you're going you will get lost... here is how we found it... you will find the entrance at the bottom of a hill in a residential area.. follow the trail... once you get to a sign that says. Hot springs loop or hot springa, go towards the loop. Don't follow the springs side or you will go towards a rough area.. you will go up will for about 20-30 min.. when you get to the top you will find ruins.. go to the left... keep going left until you find a metal pipe that is from the water company. Climb over the pipe and keep going up.. 5 min late you're at the bottom of the springs... hope this helps.. bring a lot of water and i recomend a sun hat or umbrella. The sun is...

The hot springs themselves are a cool experience - the pools are warm and smell of sulfur. But there are some caveats… there are not a lot of parking spots at the trailhead. The trail is not very well marked at all. We’ve made it to the hot springs twice but only by getting directions from others who were also on the trail. The trail is a little rugged, it is hike, not a walk. But if you are adventurous, it is a cool thing to do in...
