Chippewa County Fairgrounds — Local services in Montevideo

I grew up going to the Chippewa County Fair. While it's not a large affair, it's a pretty typical rural experience. The 4H stand is always popular, albeit a bit on the pricy side.

The races are a popular destination every year, and it always packs the outdoor arena. The rides seem more up to date and nicer than what I remember in my childhood. I last went there maybe 2 or 3 years ago.

It's always interesting to see what they've updated. Truthfully, I go for the food and to see old friends....
