I’ve come to get pedicures at City Nails for the last 10 years. As for manicures, I prefer to keep my nails natural. My commitment to Ann at City Nails is reinforced every time I come because of her personalized attention to my care - the pedicure, the wonderful therapeutic massage and the consistent end result. I don’t profess to have beautiful feet but she sure makes them presentable. On occasion, I’ve gone elsewhere when I did not time my appointments in advance. At these places, there were bells and whistles, but an almost impersonal, commercialized service. I didn’t feel like a valued customer and I am not a fussy person. I guess I come to Ann, as do most of her loyal cadre of customers, because we love this almost family-like atmosphere in her simple establishment. If I could give negative stars I would. When I walked into this salon I was not greeted, but I was looked at like I was an animal. I requested a polish Change because I had just got white and it looked old. It was a total of two customers in the salon at the time, one getting a pedicure and one getting their nails done.
