My Whirlpool washing machine had developed a strange issue where it wanted to drain even when no water was left. I asked for repair the Whirlpool site. The only option in the area listed was Ford’s, so I was automatically placed with them for service. They called me within a few hours and diagnosed the issue over the phone (a known problem Whirlpool is aware of and addresses for free). He ordered the necessary part. My washer has been broken under warranty for 4 months. Ford was supposed to order parts and repair it. I called them a couple times and was told parts weren’t in yet and then over the past 2 weeks I have left 3 voicemails with no return phone calls. My husband finally got through today and they said they couldn’t get ahold of us and returned our parts and canceled our order.
