Matt is tireless. Exceptional customer service, knowledgeable, down to earth, all around a wonderful experience (as first time homeowners, this was our first big expense!) getting a new furnace and heat pump. As it should be, we do not even have to think about the furnace, it is so quiet and super efficient. And the heat pump is also easy to forget; I love that it is environmentally friendly and is going to save us money in the long run as well, while not requiring anything extra on our part. Matt was patient and explained everything to us; was flexible with our schedule (got it done in the nick of time because of course the furnace died days before we were going out of town for a week), did all the research and homework and rebate paperwork that no one wants to do, and immediately resolved a small electrical issue. We had ductless air conditioners installed over 15 years ago and knew it was time to upgrade them. So we contacted Dok's Heating and Air Conditioning and had Matt come out and give us our options. We decided to go with an updates ductless system, but this time with the heat pump option. I hesitated at first, we already have a furnace, but with the cool April and May weather, it was a great feature to have. I recently needed a new furnace and AC. I called and got quotes from several companies before someone recommended Dok's. Matt showed up and gave very thorough explanations for everything he was doing. He also showed photos of other installs he's done and they looked very clean and tidy. His quote came in well under everyone else. I decided to go with him, and I'm happy I did.
