NasKart/ Supercharged — Local services in Montville

We were there for the car racing. Upon arrival on Feb 4 we waited in the reservation line yet none of the 8 or so people checking people in acknowledged us and kept calling people from the walk-in line. Finally we just jumped in front of some other person who was waved forward. The woman who was checking in was SUPER rude. I am not sure if it was us or she was just having a really bad day. We did have a reservation and paid in advance yet we were surprised to learn that there was a yearly bolt on Fee of $7 that they call your “license” which is a yearly fee that they say covers a whole bunch of items but the reality is they are charging you to rent a helmet which should be included. We then were told to wait outside the race area till our race was called but the woman who was making the race announcements sounded like the mom from the peanutS and I could not tell what race she called so each time I had to walk inside to ask if that was our race. At first I thought it was the speaker but then one time a man made the announcement and it was really easy to hear him. Kudos to him for speaking slowly and clearly. As for the race that was a great it was just the experience of getting into the car that could really be improved. The food and drinks after the race were good as well. I loved the trampoline and Ninja foam course, but when we got to the Naskart portion, all of the more experienced drivers were not very welcoming. They kept pushing me over to the side when I was trying to let them pass, they were very vulgar towards me and my wife, overall the worst. My time there had an amazing start, but dwindled down when I got to the racing part.

In my opinion, they should have a race for beginners, and one for ametures. They put us in a race full of obviously more experienced drivers, while we were just trying something new out. They knew it was our first time there, yet our race seemed more experienced. Just have separate races based on skill...
