I purchased 2 “Phoenix chandeliers” from Reclaimed Warehouse approx 2 years ago. Each chandelier was more than $1100 before tax and shipping. Each has 20 glass spheres ranging 5-7”. Today, one of the ~7” round glass spheres broke while attempting to change the lightbulb for the first time. It was not dropped, or due to pressure. It was simply a weak structure on a poorly made plastic threading mechanism. My request was simply a replacement glass, which I would have been happy to pay for. The Reclaimed Warehouse said they were unable to help. They have only one display remaining, no replacement parts-nor does their vendor, and won’t take components from their display. Translated, instead of assisting a past patron, they want to charge another customer full price for a $1200 light that’s irreparable if damaged somehow. Don’t waste your money...
Read moreI placed an order through their website 8 days ago and haven't received any notification that it's shipped, or any update at all. Called and spoke with someone 2 days ago, they also haven't gotten back to me. Is this actually a legitimate business? I'm starting to feel like I've been scammed.
Update 6/24: They did end up calling and clarifying that item was backordered with a 6+ week wait. I requested to cancel the order and they have since refunded me. I don't understand why I was charged in the first place, it is industry practice to charge the customer when the order ships, not when a backorder is placed. It feels like they are doing a dropship model, in which case I can't recommend buying from their website. All of my original review still stands, despite the PR spin they have tried to put on it in the reply to...
Read moreThis is a new/up and coming store that features the modern industrial/country/hygge/ Barn wood interior design trends. You might compare the aesthetic to Apartment Therapy or Etsy blogs. They have throw pillows; wood, glass, and "Edison style" chandeliers; glass and iron knobs and knockers; reclaimed windows as wall art; etc. They also have a section for crafter stalls for smaller merchandise. I have no idea how the prices compare to the big furnishing stores, but if you're looking for this style of decor, you should check it out. I stopped by just to see what they were like, but I didn't end up buying anything. I'd like to see more craft stalls open (they hadn't filled all their booths yet when I visited). Good to see something like this in Moore. You should also check out their...
